Plano, TX – April 22, 2025 – Improving, a modern digital services organization, is delighted to announce that its CEO, Curtis Hite, has been named a finalist for the prestigious EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Southwest Award. This recognition honors Hite's exceptional leadership and the significant growth and impact of Improving across North America.
The Entrepreneur Of The Year® program, established by Ernst & Young LLP (EY US), is one of the most esteemed business award programs globally, recognizing audacious, game-changing business leaders. The Southwest region encompasses North Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Wichita, Kansas. Finalists are selected by an independent panel of judges based on their demonstration of long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact.
Under Hite's leadership, Improving has expanded its footprint significantly, now operating in multiple markets across North and South America as well as India. The winners of the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Southwest Award will be announced at a gala event on June 21, 2025, at Gilley’s Dallas. Regional award winners will then advance to the national competition, culminating at the Strategic Growth Forum® in November, where national winners will be named and the overall U.S. winner will be considered for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award.
