Improving supports and respects the protection of human rights and rejects any type of abuse. Our ESG initiatives promote quality education, gender equality, support of associations in need, and close the poverty gap. These initiatives also reduce inequalities and empower people in a framework of inclusion and diversity.

Our ESG Activities
All of our ESG activities are inspired by and aligned with the United Nations Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals, with the goal of contributing to and achieving a better future for all.
The UN's Sustainable Development Goals address the global challenges we face as a society, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice.
Reforestation
Since 2017, Improving Nearshore has been positively contributing to the environment with the annual reforestation of two different forests in Guadalajara, Jalisco: the Centinela and Metropolitano
Down Syndrome Awareness Rally
On December 2021, we had an event at our Guadalajara offices with more than 100 Improvers to create awareness and sensitization about this priority attention group of people with down syndrome.
Women's Work
Improving celebrates and supports women in the IT industry through training, public speaking, and lifting up women in leadership. We want to see more women in executive leadership roles, ultimately bringing diverse perspectives, skills, and abilities with them.
