Announcing New Roles Across Texas and LATAM

We’re proud to celebrate a series of leadership promotions that highlight something core to who we are: we grow our leaders from within. Every one of these new roles has been filled by a dedicated Improver; individuals who have invested in our culture, clients, and one another. In return, we continue to invest in them.

From Texas to LATAM, these new appointments underscore the momentum of our business and depth of talent shaping Improving’s next era. Meet the leaders stepping into their new positions and hear their vision for what’s ahead.

Devlin Liles — Chief Consulting Officer

15‑year Improver

Devlin has spent more than 15 years growing with Improving, progressing from Principal Consultant to President and now Chief Consulting Officer. Throughout his journey, he has helped shape our strategic message, strengthen industry relationships, and elevate Improving’s presence as a thought leader across both business and technology communities.

As Devlin steps fully into the CCO role, he is energized by the opportunity to connect with a wider community of customers, Improvers, and innovators, and he sees Improving positioned to lead in an AI‑driven marketplace.

“I’m most excited about the opportunity to engage with a broader set of customers and Improvers. This role allows me to build deeper relationships and create strategies that drive meaningful impact across our entire ecosystem. We can deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful solutions while keeping our Improvers deeply engaged in innovation.”

Looking ahead, Devlin is setting bold ambitions.

“My vision is for us to become a global challenger brand in how organizations leverage technology, especially AI, to create meaningful business outcomes. As CCO, my goal is for Improving to be a hub of continuous learning and experimentation.”

David O’Hara — Regional Director, Texas

18‑year Improver

Throughout his more than 18‑year career at Improving, David has risen from Principal Consultant to VP of Consulting and ultimately President of the Dallas enterprise. Throughout his tenure, he has led high‑performing teams, strengthened delivery excellence, and helped elevate Improving’s reputation for trusted partnerships across the region.

As the longtime President of Improving Dallas, David has been instrumental in driving the organization’s long‑term success. His new role is a natural extension of his expertise, leadership, and continued commitment to shaping Improving’s future.

“As Improving continues to grow, the opportunity to evolve alongside it has been incredibly meaningful for my own personal and professional development. This new role allows me to lean further into the skills I’ve built while expanding them in ways that will benefit our teams across the company.”

Now overseeing all of Texas, he’s energized by the scale of what’s possible. His role will help drive the statewide One Texas strategy, which is a unified approach designed to strengthen collaboration, elevate excellence, and position Texas as a model for shared success.

“My responsibility now extends across all of Texas, giving us the opportunity to shape one of the fastest‑growing economies in the country. We want to be at the forefront of that growth, sharing our expertise, our experience, and the value Improving brings to every partnership.”

Don McGreal— President, Improving Dallas

18‑year Improver

With more than 18 years at Improving and over a decade as a Professional Scrum Trainer, Don has led major parts of the business, such as Learning Solutions and Business Agility, while also serving as a Professional Scrum Trainer for more than a decade. His career reflects a deep commitment to elevating teams, advancing agile practices, and helping organizations achieve meaningful, sustainable change.

Stepping into his new role, Don brings a focused vision for Dallas: unlocking the region’s full potential and turning it into measurable results. His leadership is centered on innovation, disciplined execution, and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

“Dallas has the talent, the partners, and the enterprise landscape to do incredible things, and I’m energized by the chance to turn that potential into a real, measurable impact for the region. My vision is for us to become Dallas’ leading consulting brand known for AI‑driven innovation, disciplined delivery, and the kind of partnership that earns the trust of North Texas’ most influential companies.”

He approaches this next chapter with clarity and focused determination.

Robyn Fuentes — President, Improving Houston

10‑year Improver

Robyn’s decade‑long journey at Improving has taken her from Consultant to Senior Consultant, Principal, Director, and VP of Consulting before becoming President of Improving Houston and Austin. Throughout her career, she has built strong teams, elevated delivery excellence, and championed a people‑first approach that continues to strengthen the Houston and Austin markets.

In her new role, Robyn will help solidify the foundation for growth across two of our most dynamic regions. She brings a people‑focused mindset paired with a clear emphasis on clarity, fundamentals, and long‑term excellence, setting the stage for continued momentum and impact.

“There are so many opportunities in Houston and Austin to not only grow the business, but to invest deeply in our people and our culture. We have a lot of raw talent that needs someone driving it in a certain direction.”

Her focus for the coming year is simple, but powerful.

"My theme for 2026 is excellence in the fundamentals. The best professionals, in sports or otherwise, understand that a dedication to the fundamentals is the foundation for greatness. The one mark I want to leave on Improving is a foundation that supports the growth of the organization and the people in it for years to come."

David Sandoval — President, Improving Mexico

14‑year Improver

Over the 14 years David has been with Improving Mexico (formerly iTexico), he has advanced from UI/UX Designer to Marketing Manager, Creative Delivery Manager, Technical Director, and now President of Improving Mexico. Along the way, he has built and mentored talented teams, expanded delivery capabilities, and led multidisciplinary efforts that have helped position Mexico as a key pillar in Improving’s global delivery strategy.

For David, this new role represents an opportunity to further strengthen Mexico’s central role in our global delivery strategy. His vision focuses on expansion, excellence, and redefining what modern nearshore partnerships can achieve.

“I’m excited for the chance to help elevate the work we do in Mexico. I’ve seen how our teams consistently earn trust through the quality of their work and excellence in delivery. My vision is for Mexico to continue standing out as one of Improving’s strongest and most reliable delivery engines. We have the opportunity to redefine what clients expect from nearshore partnerships and set a new standard for excellence.”

Most importantly, he highlights the people powering Mexico’s success:

“Mexico plays a central role in our Global Delivery Services strategy, and I’m confident that our exceptional team of consultants will be key in helping Improving become the modern challenger brand in digital services.”

Guillermo Ortega — Managing Director of Global Delivery

15-year Improver

Guillermo has led the growth of Mexico’s delivery operations for more than 15 years, beginning as Co‑Founder and COO of iTexico, then serving as President of Mexico Operations at Improving after the iTexico acquisition, and now as Managing Director of Global Delivery. He has led teams across Guadalajara and Aguascalientes, overseen delivery centers, strengthened financial and operational performance, and helped grow the organization from a small startup into a high‑performing, award‑winning digital services operation.

Guillermo has been instrumental in shaping Mexico into a scalable and strategically significant hub within Improving’s global delivery network. With this new role, he sees an opportunity to build on that foundation and bring to life the long‑term vision behind our global delivery strategy.

“Working with such a talented team across the globe excites me, of course. But beyond that, I’m very excited to see a strategy become a reality. Since 2020, we started building our global offering beginning with Mexico, and now we’ve become a real global player with teams in LATAM and India, along with our local presence in the USA and Canada.”

This next chapter reflects a shift from building regional strength to scaling global impact, with Guillermo focused on aligning teams, delivery models, and client needs across regions to support sustainable growth.
