Ralph Keipert

Ralph Keipert serves as the CIO, EVP Global Operations at Improving. He has close to 30 years of experience growing and leading consulting firms. During this span, he has helped both global and mid-market clients develop actionable, high ROI strategies and implement high impact digital solutions.

Before his time at Improving, Ralph was President and co-founder of Tahoe Partners. For over 19 years, he helped establish the firm as a trusted advisor and implementation partner of modern technologies that drove business impact for many Chicago-based clients with global reach. This legacy lives on as Improving Chicago, post-acquisition.

Prior to Tahoe Partners, Ralph served as Vice President of Client Services with divine, Inc., marchFIRST and Whittman-Hart. In this role, Ralph had responsibility for the Financial Services and Healthcare industry segments. Leading a sales and client services team, Ralph grew the client portfolio to over $50M in annual revenues. During this time, he also served on Chicago's Mayor's Council of Technology Advisers Education Subcommittee which focused on developing a technology literate workforce throughout Chicago.

Ralph was a co-founder of Katabat, an online real estate services provider that was successfully sold after several years of standalone operation to Dominion Enterprises, a leading marketing services company serving the wide ranging needs of many industries including real estate.

Ralph started his career at Accenture where he was a Consulting Manager in the Financial Services and Insurance market unit. At Accenture, he focused on delivering successful business and technology solutions to Fortune 100 clients in the Insurance industry.

Ralph has a B.S.E.E. degree from the University of Iowa, and he is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
