Manolo is a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of experience. He founded Mangochango in 2019 and grew it to nearly 100 consultants within five years, known for clear execution, reliable delivery, and a strong people culture serving clients across the U.S. Previously, he led PayPal’s web operations across Latin America and held senior roles including CTO at Starmedia and VP for Latin America at CommandHound. He is also a frequent speaker, guest lecturer, and advisor to major media companies and regional leaders. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis and pádel player who loves exploring new cities and cultures.
