Having 20+ years' experience delivering IT projects and programs has helped tune Lyle's skills as a Leader. Having had the opportunity to delivery programs in excess of $100M, with teams as large as 500+ resources has given him experience in all aspects of organizational leadership. From developing strategic solutions, leading and framing business deals, building trusted relationships and growing accounts. All key components of successful organizational leadership. This had led him to leading the Ottawa Improving organization. Lyle has had the privilege of leading large programs with strong teams that has resulted in several recognition awards for leadership over the years, most recently being the recipient of the "President's Impact Award" for the delivery of the Next Generation Track & Trace program for Canada Post.
