CodeLaunch & The Professional Coder League
CodeLaunch is our unique startup accelerator program where founders can compete to win technical development, business funding, and more. But CodeLaunch isn't just for startups - Improvers are also eligible to compete as part of the Professional Coder League (PCL) where they can win cash prizes, company recognition, and more.

PATH
PATH is an employee growth program that helps Improvers take steps to complete their individual professional goals. This framework helps employees set and achieve goals at the highest level, resulting in substantial career growth. Through mentorship opportunities, PATH also provides leadership experience to those who want to help their fellow Improver succeed.
ImprovingU
ImprovingU is our internal university that encompasses many of our learning opportunities. Classes help employees both learn new things and share their knowledge. This program seeks out employees with special skills who are willing to teach courses on their chosen topic to their peers. ImprovingU courses not only provide education for participants but also offer leadership and public speaking experience for instructors. Additionally, it includes Coursera licenses for self-paced and asynchronous learning.
Trust Pods
Trust is a central value at Improving that we advocate for throughout our culture, with our clients, and within ourselves. We offer voluntary Trust Pods for our employees to connect, speak openly and freely, and further explore our fundamental Trust Behaviors. Often via a weekly, virtual 30-minute meeting, you will get to collaborate with your fellow Improvers to hear and engage with new perspectives on approaching and reacting to specific work scenarios.
