Ashok Iyengar was recently appointed as a EVP of Global Services at Improving.

Ashok is a senior growth leader & joins us from Hitachi. He is backed by an impressive 34 years of leadership experience spanning digital transformation, AI-enabled business innovation, software engineering services, telecommunications, industrial technology, and large-scale managed services.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Business Unit at GlobalLogic, where he led the strategic relationship between GlobalLogic, Hitachi & its clients. As one of the three founding leaders of the post-acquisition synergy organization, he played a pivotal role in building and scaling a multi-hundred-million-dollar business portfolio across Energy, Mobility, Rail, Buildings, and Connected Industries. Under his leadership, the organization became one of the fastest-growing businesses in GlobalLogic's history.

Throughout his career, Ashok has built and expanded businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, helping enterprises navigate large-scale digital transformation programs that combine Information Technology (IT), Operational Technology (OT), data platforms, industrial systems, and AI. He has successfully led complex commercial engagements, strategic partnerships, and multi-year managed services agreements valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
