2025 Come Together: A Year of Connection and Collective Impact

Alors que l'année 2025 touche à sa fin, les Improving de toutes les entreprises peuvent se remémorer une année marquée par d'innombrables moments qui nous ont rappelé ce que cela signifie vraiment de se rassembler. L'initiative de cette année a été plus dynamique, plus globale et plus sincère que jamais. Cette évolution a été perceptible dans toutes les discussions virtuelles, les rencontres en personne et les défis relevés dans le monde entier.
Du tout premier coup d'envoi de l'initiative Health & Fitness en janvier aux derniers actes de générosité en décembre, les Improving se sont présentés avec énergie, enthousiasme et un sens inébranlable de la communauté. L'initiative a poursuivi sa mission d'unir les équipes à travers les bureaux, les fuseaux horaires et les continents par le biais de thèmes et d'expériences partagés.
A Year of Themes, Talks & Togetherness
2025 launched strong with January’s Health & Fitness Month, complete with the energizing Power Pair Challenge and a lineup of virtual talks that set the tone for an impactful year ahead. Improvers teamed up to support one another’s goals, embodying the spirit of building habits and relationships simultaneously.
Month after month, the momentum continued. Virtual talks remained a cornerstone of the program, drawing hundreds of attendees and creating global touchpoints for learning and inspiration. In-person events, from themed gatherings to cultural celebrations, brought Improvers together locally.
Each theme added something new to the year, but together they painted a larger picture: 2025 was a year where our culture became more vibrant and inclusive.
Celebrating Growth Across the Globe
One of the standout elements of this year’s Come Together initiative was how it reflected Improving’s growth. This year, we celebrated our expanding global family. Improvers embraced cross-cultural monthly themes such as Argentina and Chile, bringing global flavors into our celebrations and highlighting just how interconnected our community has become.
A Spotlight on Impact & Generosity
No wrap-up of 2025 would be complete without highlighting one of our most meaningful traditions: the Generosity Advocate Pitch Competition. This year’s event showcased heartfelt presentations from representatives across every enterprise, each nominating a charitable organization doing life-changing work in their communities.
With inspiring stories, emotional moments, and spirited advocacy, Improvers came together to vote and direct donations toward causes around the world. This year we suprisingly had a tie for the winners: Special Spaces and Mesón AC, Fundación de la Hemofilia. Abuelitos de Laderos was our third-place winner. However, every organization mentioned in the competition received donations.
Looking Back and Moving Forward
Come Together 2025 was a resounding success. It wasn’t just a series of events, but a yearlong reminder that connection fuels progress, culture thrives when shared, and every Improver plays a role in building the experience we all get to enjoy. As echoed in our closing virtual events, this initiative is far more than tradition. It’s a commitment to each other, to learning, and to building a workplace where everyone feels they belong.
With 2026 just around the corner, we’re ready to deepen this impact, explore new themes, host new conversations, and welcome even more Improvers into the growing network of people who make Come Together what it is.
