Overview
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted businesses around the world, and Fidelitas University was no exception. In response to the challenges presented by the pandemic, Fidelitas University recognized the urgent need to accelerate its digital transformation efforts. As a result, the company initiated an ambitious project to upgrade and modernize its digital infrastructure, with the Salesforce platform ecosystem emerging as the perfect fit for its vision, goals, and needs.
The Business Challenge
Fidelitas needed to transform manual processes between departments into a unified automated platform where the sales processes, student lifecycle journeys, and faculty communications could live harmoniously within the same framework and ecosystem.
Our Solution
Improving implemented Salesforce Multi-cloud connecting Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and the Education Data Architecture. We developed Marketing Cloud’s data architecture and creation of data flows to serve real-time information for automated custom journeys built to cover communication goals. We also trained the new Fidelitas marketing team to be able to maximize the platform’s capabilities following best practices.
