Global Financial, recently rebranded as The Trio Solution, is a loan company specializing in providing financial assistance to individuals involved in accidents or with medical needs, approached Improving for help with their outdated technology and costly Salesforce system. The challenge was to develop a cost-effective solution that would streamline their operations, improve user experience, and reduce expenses.

Global Financial was burdened with outdated technology and high costs associated with their Salesforce system. They needed a customized solution that could integrate with their existing systems and replace the expensive Salesforce platform. The main challenge was to develop a new database and user interface that could handle their extensive requirements while ensuring a smooth transition from the old systems.

Our first step was to replace Salesforce and the outdated Microsoft Access database with a new, more efficient database.
